The bibliotheque municipale at Scrignac (the library) is open every Wednesday from 16h00 to 19h00 and the 2nd and 4th Tuesday every month from 16h00 to 18h00. It has a small range of English books available.
Dis-Want Scrignac is an association Franco/Anglais based at Scrignac, Finistere, Brittany. Its aims are to promote understanding and friendship amongst its members.
